Was in the process of redoing a old bathroom when we found out we will be relocating in a couple months. Project isn't very far yet so I have the decision of finishing the very small full bath or just doing a powder room in the same space. Its only about 25 sq ft. Which would be more appealing to buyers?

To small for a tub, go with the (tub.) meant shower.
I assume you meant go with the shower.

most people i talk to. perfer 1 tub only in the house, the other a shower. seems most folks like showers over baths.
usually, the lady of the house wants a soaker tub.for 1 or 2 times a week, the rest of the time its a quick shower before work .hubby wants a shower.
