I cant remember what you call this, the nipple or something, anyways, the thing coming out of the wall where you screw the showerhead to is twisted. Its pointing at about 4 o clock. I thought those were threaded, but this is probably original cast or galv plumbing from the 20's in the wall. Before I wrench on it to straighten it out, I wanted to see if anyone had any advice?
