Looking to renovate an older stucco home that has dampness / mold? on the walls (outer). What do you do? Do you need to construct new walls and put insulation between?? The floors need to be leveled also. How hard is it to get the second story wood floors Level? The wood floors are in very nice shape just not level. Settling ? Dampness? Anybody who has renovated or repaired a stucco home, please feel free to give input! Thanks!:)

However from this vantage point in my chair ...at home, it would do you no good.
Only someone looking at the issues up close can put it all together for you.
There could be loose stucco, decayed wire mesh, wood decay, mold and plenty of water infiltration points. But getting an engineer, home inspector, or a really good stucco guy will be the best route.
Let us know what they find, and we can give you some advice you can apply to the issues.
