Hello everybody. I found this site while trying to find a DIY solution. I bought my first home and started trying to fix it up myself. Being new to home repair, I'm trying to figure out what I can do myself and what I'll have to contract out. Once I get my first few repairs under my belt, maybe I'll be able to contribute suggestions. Right now.... not so much. I'm in learning mode.
