Hello to the experts.

I have a house and my yard is on a slope. It also runs into a lot of woods. That would not be the issue. After heavy rain the soil in the woods collects the water for two to three days. The boundary line of my property is also a little bit weird. Size of the property is 0.26 acre.

My questions is: How can I fence my property by getting the most out of it?

Thank you

Betwee the houses and the usable part of the yard I would put up a nice looking wood fence and down the slope use black chain link.

You mean when the trees start using chain link fence? Not a bad idea. How do you mount both together?

When you plant the last wood fence post, plant the steel post beside it in the same hole.
We build the odd wood fence and when there is a green belt in the back much like yours a different contractor installs the chain link, they jack hammer our concrete to set their post along side ours
