Need to build patio steps that lead from the patio to the house with the door elevated by about three feet. So that's about 4 or 5 steps. Any suggestions on material to use for the steps so that they don't obstruct the weep holes beneath the door frame? I was thinking maybe wooden steps?
 
Where are the hole in relationship the the door. You would have 5 steps for three feet but you should have a landing at the door which would be one step and the landing could be one step below the door which would mean you would have three steps. Is the foundation below that area and how far below the door? What is the patio constructed out of.
