I put in a recessed mirror in the bathroom, the horsehair is right behind the mirror and is very loose. Before I install the mirror, i wanted to secure the horsehair and make sure that it does not become loose after the mirror is installed.

Is there a spray glue or adhesive that I could spray on the wood lath or something similar I can use? Thanks

Buy a tube of liquid nails or another adhesive in caulking gun form.
Then just smear it in there and get behind the wood to attach it to the sheetrock. Works every time.:)

Easy enough, I'll do that today. Thanks
