Im not sure how this site works but I also have a issue. Two bedrooms a bathroom and half of the living lights went out one day. No flicker or dim just went out. We called a Utility company to come and take a look but they said everything was fine on the outside. We tried the breaker it to was alright we even replaced all the GFI's and still didnt see anything wrong. What else could there be.

Are all the lights on the same circuit? If they are then you have a loose connection on that circuit. If they are on different circuits then you probably have a loose connection between the main breaker and the POCO connection point.

Did you turn the breaker off then back on. Sometimes they will look on when they are actually tripped.

Listen to JoeD . . . Breakers will "half trip" to your eye . . . To properly reset a breaker, you must flip it to fully off, then back to fully ON. You may also want to try other 15AMP breakers to see if you have the wrong one. Fully off, then fully ON.
