I'm creating an apartment over my garage to rent to either a student at the nearby college or someone who would enjoy the nearby golfcourse or lake. I built my house here in 1984 and am a bit behind the times in the latest techniques for building. I hope to learn the things that I need to know here and look forward to your replies.
