hey there, what i have done is inquired local contractors in the area, making sure the can do finish work. remember to always check there work. One other thing don't pay unless your satisfied. hope this helps.

I agree with 911. Most contractor require a deposit before they will start work, but never pay until the job is "completely" finish and you are satisfied. Otherwise, you will probably never see that contractor again. Even if it is just something minor like clean up or a few small details. Wait til all is done to your satisfaction.
