Hi All!

I'm in the process of selling my house and flipping a real fixer-upper on a huge lot where I'll be building my "real" house. Wish the Lizard King and me luck getting through all this while remaining on speaking terms!
 
Hi. Good luck working together. After 30 years of marriage, I have found that 4 simply words can keep you together. If you can teach them to the Lizard King all will go well. They are "oh", "yeah", "right", "sorry". Again, good luck. Rick
