Kyle Here, New Homeower and happy for it. Me and My wife just bought a 1939 Cape-Cod style house that was in DesMoines Iowa.
It is 100 liveable, but since we got it as a foreclosure we are going to do some updating to the home. It has eveidence of the 1950's style redo with the turquoise and pink !!
We are going to gut and redo the bathroom and the kitchen and do some good updating on the electrical.
I am a pretty good handyman but this forum is going to be great!
