I have a masonry opening size of 34.75" x 24".

Home Depot offers prebuilt glassblock panels at 32" x 22". Can I use these or is my opening size too large? Any tips?

You might need to get a few custom sized ones to properly fit them in; make sure you allocate properly or it will look terrible.
