Hi there,

I just found a crack on the outside wall of my foundation. It isn't wide, probably less than 1/8th of an inch, but about 3 feet long. I purchased concrete repair caulking. Should I take it back or use it? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Eva

You want to keep the moisture out of it, as it could freeze and expand the crack even wider. It's too cold to patch it properly, so I'd say yes get some caulk on it. When things warm up this spring you should look into the cause of the crack and to getting it fixed properly.
