Hi, my name is Geoff. I live on the water in rural Eastern Ontario, Canada. I bought a nice raised bungalow a couple years ago, thinking it was just cosmetic work needed. Since I've had to do some major mechanical work (heating, A/C, insulation) and I found more and more problems.

I plan to read and hopefully find the answers I need but if not I'll post my projects.

Education is expencive, anything you want to learn will cost time energy and money. A more experienced person might have past on the house you bought but he had to learn the hard way just like you. Most of us have been there and some more than once.
Years from now you will have storys to tell and experience to help others.

I have a couple projects planned for the summer that I'll probably post up for feedback, especially before I dump any money into them.
