I am finishing my basement. Almost done. One of the last things is the vent covers/diffusers for the ceiling duct work. I bought the diffuser/damper from HD, but they really sucked. The damper seemed too small to fit in the duct work. It would not open and close very easy. The screw holes for the damper would not line up with those on the damper. All in all, I was not happy with the crappy design. What I would like would be hard plastic diffuser/damper in one, but I have been unsuccessful thus far.
Does anyone know where I can buy hard plastic round damper/diffuser for my ceiling. I have drywall ceilings. I did find one site that sold them, but not for drywall.
