I need help locating a combination compression/door stop molding for a exterior solid wood door.
The door originally had the metal weatherstrip that attaches to the perimeter edge of the door jamb and is hidden by the door when in the closed position.
I want to replace the metal weatherstrip and stop with a combination vinyl compression the seats in the kerf of the door stop.
A few years ago Pease supplied this type of weatherstrip/stop with their Remodeler Door.
Problem is that as far as I can tell Pease no longer supplies this weatherstrip/stop and if they still so I do not have a supplier anymore.
I am willing to pay shipping so the supplier does not need to be local.
Can someone help me find te weatherstrip/stop I need?
To clarify the door stop I am looking for is rectangular with a kerf that the compression weatherstrip seats into. The existing stop I have on another door is 1 1/4" x 5/8".
Any help finding this guy would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Jeff,
I usually make my own by cutting an 1/8" by 7/16" groove in 5/8 to 3/4" material.
Here are a couple of options:
I just found this one online. Have not used it.

I have used this on steel door frames with great success:

Not sure that I understood your search exactly.
Did any of these ideas help?
