That could actually be good news if the repair was done correctly and the foundation is now stable. The landlord could have had the problem repaired but never cleaned up the inside of the house. On the other hand if you are still seeing an active movement that means it was repaired and the repair wasn’t enough. If that was the case there are way too many homes for sale to have me looking at that one.
