A slight difference in opinion at home! The toilet is presently separate from the adjoining bathroom- we are considering knocking the wall through and having one larger bathroom with toilet enclosed. Will this hae either an adverse or ositive effect on market value of the property?
 
Welcome to the Forum Monkeyclipper:
There are a lot of people who like the toilet in a seperate room; it allows someone else to be taking a shower, etc. while the toilet is in use. It may narrow the market a bit but, if the right person looks at it, you could get a premium price.
