I need help, my recently purchased home which has been in my family for 100+ years is in dire need of some repairs to the basement brick foundation which seems to have been leaking for some time. Other than the obvious problem of drainage on this side of the house(only side that looks like this), is being addressed as I write this what is the proper fix for this problem just plain old tuckpointing? Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.
