Are you looking to take the pane out of its frame or the door out of the track frame?
The fixed panel may be held in place by pressure clamps at the top and bottom end and screwed into the frame of the panel. There may also be a block or stop device that prevents the panel from being lifted, at the top.

The sliding panel can usually be lifted off the lower track and tilted out, then lowered so that it clears the upper track.
