Hi ya'll
We sign papers tomorrow on a house in the very western part of Colorado that was built in 1949 and in need of repairs, so we will be asking lots of questions.
I think I have remodeled/repainted/refinished/tiled/wallpapered/ etc every place I've lived in, just can't leave well enough alone!
You can expect to see me around with lots of questions and hopefully I will also have some answers for others!
