Can anyone recommend a brand? Many of the HD-Lowes sealants have bad reviews. I'll be sealing some quality porcelain tile with Mapei grout.

Any application tips are appreciated as well...
 
All I can give is an application tip: Keep the sealer off the tiles or it might look hazy in a few years. And for tile questions, the John Bridge Tile forum has the best answers- those guys know everything tile!
