Large Metal Stake Found in Backyard

Hey everyone, while walking around my backyard I came upon this large metal stake that was partially exposed from the ground. I dug it up and it's about 2 feet long and has a hook on the top. Any idea what this was for? It was about 3 feet from the edge of my property where an old storage shed used to be. See link to picture below, Thanks!
