The water in our faucets/shower/washer startedcompletely shutting off after about 4 minutes of use, then it will come back on (full pressure) after about 15 seconds. Then it will shut off again after a couple of minutes and then come back on after about 15 seconds. This will keep happening
Water problem. Please help!

If you are on city water, you have a malfunctioning Pressure Regulator Valve. Sometimes, there is buildup in the valve and just by adjusting it, you can get it work again for a while (until you replace it).
Here is a video on the PRV and how to adjust that bad boy. He is a pro ... and uses the right tools. All you need to do is to adjust the pressure higher, then lower (count the turns on the screw). See how it works ...
