I just had the recent fortune to purchase my first house, and the recent misfortune of my first mortgage.
I like this house because it was well maintained by an older couple who have lived there for 32 years.
The home is a 4 level split, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full bath upstairs and a halfbath/laundry room on the lower floor.
A few things are out of date and I look forward to showing my progress in updating this house.
All the furniture in the home is that of the current owners, as I won't be moving in until June.
