My new carpet has some bleach spots on it because I put a little bleach in the carpet cleaning water. Because the machine didn't immediately suck up the water, (didn't have it hooked up right) there's a few areas that bleached out. Can I repair this. The carpet is new and I don't want to replace it.

Sorry JDenise:
They are not bleach stains; they are bleach un-stains. The bleach has taken the color out completely. One remedy is to dye the carpet in place. Some Carpet Cleaning Companies have the equipment to do the dye job for you. The Dye will not hold up for long because it is on the fiber, whereas the original dye was made into the fiber but its still worth a shot rather than replacing the whole thing.

I have used shoe polish that was the same color. Worked like a charm.:D
