Hi, my name's Julia and my fiance Aaron and I just purchased our first home on Jan. 2nd. It's a cute little ranch that was foreclosed after some water damage. The damage is pretty minor all things considered, and since we've stripped the carpets and scrubbed the walls, we are moving on to patching walls so they'll be ready to prime then paint before the new carpet is installed on Jan 29th. We are also looking into replacing the flooring in the non-carpeted rooms and between that and general inexperience, I'm bound to have tons of questions!
