I'm Greg. I live in Lake Worth. I'm thinking about getting into real estate as in a landlord situation. If I do that I would like to do the most amount of my own repairs that I can.

I've just purchased a 1920 duplex in Oregon City. There is quit a bit of work that can be done. I need to choose my batles wisely. I think now's a good time to buy and having someone paying part of the mortgage is smart.
