Just put up my own 1 story detached garage. Went up so easy now I'd like to put a second story on it. Except I gotta 12 x 12 footer. So can I pour under it easy? Or put a beam inside the stud wall on top of the slab to get an equivalant support for the loaded wall? The footer is angled in on gravel at about 45 degrees so the footer should be plenty wide, just not deep enough. This problem must have been solved a million times, how do you do it?.
