Hey everyone, my name is Mike. Just joined this forum to get a better overview of all type of home repairs. I recently just bought my first home and im pretty handy when it comes to cars (working on replacing all kinds of parts on cars) but figured id need to start researching and learning about home repairs to help save money in the future. thanks guys! i forgot to mention i do have a good understanding about some things as i work as a detailer for a metal panel company so i interact with architects, gc's and structural engineers on a daily basis. its all commercial though, no residential
