Hi,
I'm currently in the process of searching for a home to buy and came across two potential properties. However, there is a slight concern. I like the size and layout of HOUSE 2, but the upstair bedrooms have drastic slopped walls/ceilings.
Is it possible to have a contractor come in and decrease the slope of the walls in HOUSE 2 to resemble those of HOUSE 1? Attached are pictures of the outside and interior room.
Price estimate without knowing the beam structure in the walls?
