Default Cold air coming through eletrical outlets.

In my kitchen I noticed a draft. It was coming from a wall outlet on an exterior wall.
Are there simple solutions for this, or an I going to have to rip the drywall apart?

I would try some great stuff spray foam before I ripped the wall apart. take off the outlet cover and see if there is a big gap around the Jbox where air is blowing in.

It is not the best fix because air / wind is getting in some place but in the middle of the winter it will seal it up I would think.

Neal's idea looks good as well. Try them first.

When we do a poly vapour barrier the boxes all get wrapped up in plastic.
