bathroom fans/exhaust need to be cleaned regularly. Press the spring clips together to remove vent fan cover. Use a dusting brush on a vacuum to clean vent fan cover. Clean the vent fan motor with vacuum attachment.

Thank you. You made it look so easy that I was motivated to clean my bathroom fan. Motor seems to "stick" - takes a few minutes to come up to speed.

It was pretty clean actually, but I brushed and vacuumed it out as best I could, and it seems to be running like new. I wanted to oil the bushings in the motor too, but the motorhousing was crimped together, and might not go back together.
