Default hot air solar collector ducting

I built a solar collector that generate too much hot ait into one section of the house and need to move some of the air to other areas but am not sure the best way to slpit off the air. Will a box with 2 or 3 outlets cause too much turbulence and is there a better way to split off the main trunk line. The current line is a 6 inch round duct. The system is powered by a radon fan from Fantech HP220 344 CFM. I'm in Maine but on sunny days the south end of the house gets about 80F but the other side of the house is only 63. Any ideas or places to get more information would be appreciated.
