The floor under my bathtub needs to be replaced. But I do not want to replace my bathtub. What is the best way to repair that flooring?

Why do you feel you need to reply the floor under the tub?

It's always better if the floors that bad to take everything out of the room and remove the whole floor and replace with new Advantec subflooring so it all ends up flat and level.
There's no reason why you could not just reuse the tub you have. In any case the walls are going to have to come out where the tub is because there's a lip there at the top of the tub.

You will have to lift up the tub. Make sure to put in a floor that will deal well with dampness and not mold, erode etc.
