Default Which tile design looks best? Pics included

I'm so indecisive, so I figured I'd ask around to see what others thought. I'm currently in the process of tiling my tub surround and can't decide what tile layout I want in the back of my shower niches. I'm going to be using the same tile that is used to tile the rest of the surround, but I'm either going to cut it into smaller 3x3 pieces, or 6x6 pieces and create a diamond pattern in the back or it. Or I'll keep the full 12x12 tiles going through them. Which one looks best to you guys?

I like the small diamonds - at least, in the drawing.

I like the bigger cuts, seems that it makes your shower look bigger.

Definitely the first one. It's very classy and makes it look more spacious.
