I'm looking for a good nonslip treatment for the ceramic tile floor in my shower. My mother is coming to stay with my wife and I soon, and I don't want to risk her injuring herself.

My wife and I used this stuff called Johnny Grip. It was really easy to use and worked great.

Thank you! That's what I love about this site. You guys are so helpful. I ended up ordering some that night. Worked great! The only problem I had was the smell. It went away when I rinsed the floor, but man, was it strong! Either way, it did what it was supposed to, so I can’t complain that much. Thanks again!

I like the rubber stick-on strips myself. They come in multiple shapes, colors and sizes. Used them on more than one occasion, and they'll stick forever if correctly installed. No smell, either.

I also used a product called Johnny Grip on my showers and I think it works on tile floors too.
