New member, old house.

Hey All,

I live in a 108 year old house in Nashville. Just like me, it's got its charms and its issues. I am a diy-aholic; which sometimes is charming and sometimes is an issue. I'm an occasional lurker on this forum and finally joined because of a post that details work I'm doing right now. So I figured I'd ask some questions and get some wisdom so as to avoid issues outweighing charms with my house.

Pay no attention to the guy from Crannberry Jct, there are no charming ones round here. Ask all the questions you want, we sometimes have answers...
