Default Deleating private messages

It would be nice if messages were marked as read by the receiver and if someone has choosen to ignor me will I know that when I send them a message.

You should get rejected if you have them on the ignore list.

Can you explain this part?

"It would be nice if messages were marked as read by the receiver"

You mean like a confirmation receipt?

If I send a messege and don't get the expected answer, it would be nice to know if it had been blocked, if I was on their ignor list.
Yes a conformation of receipt would be nice.

You can request a read receipt which will let you know if they opened it.

If they have you on ignore it will say something like "This user has chosen not to receive private messages".

Send me a private message and check to see if it's been read, I will waite awhile to open it and you can tell me that you see a difference after it is open at my end.
