Default new lotsa advice

Hi all, I'm in San Antonio, TX and am trying to expand the space in my 53 y-old house on a very tight budget. I can do some stuff myself and I am willing to learn to do more complicated things, but I know when to say when. I'll need lotsa help from everyone so, thanks for being there!
