Default Getting around outlets when installing mosaic tiles

Thanks for the link .... now what do you do when the tiles DO NOT line up so neatly on the outlet box? Just askin'

mariarezende : If you weren't spamming, please except my apoligy and welcome to the site. Those little tile can be a ------ to cut to fit, and that site didn't show a spacer that should go behind the outlet to hold it out at the thickness of the tile.
