Default creaky shower/tub enclosure

i had a new shower/tub put in six months ago it has been creaking ever since, the plumbing company that installed it came out and put some cement under the
enclosure but it has not helped, please give me some suggestions on solving
this problem. thanks tomtee.

Welcome to the site, what they did should have worked, if you had to pay for that get them back.
