Default 3way wiring

Has there ever been a instance where on a 3 way switch -next to it the regular single light switch has been wired like a 3 way?
I have a typical set of 3 ways for a light and have not seen a regular 1 light tapped into 3 way circuit, operating on its own, as a regular switch.Im gong to replace backstab to sides on new switch also.Click image for larger version

That switch with all 3 pulled out goes to single light.
The one behind it is on a 3 way to different switch.

Looks like they just used a 3 way for a single. I have one at another house that used to be on a 3 way but the second switch was removed.
