Landscapers who show up with the leaf blower just after I painted the garage door. Ever pick grass clippings off a freshly painted surface?

Wasting my time on bids for people that are tire kicking.

I know a guy that does that whenever it's time to get work done. It gets my blood boiling.

Another one that gets me is when a customer wants to supply the paint and it is the cheapest stuff that makes more work for using it.

Well Sean, I just bent my rule for a really small exterior stain job. The customer supplied Behr solid body stain, and I just hated it!

We were working across the street at a large exterior that Mr. Behr had recommended us to. He ask's me to do a small job for him, and says he has the stain. I have to take care of him because he's been pushing our name to all his neighbors.

What literally would have been done in one coat of Arborcoat, took two coats of Behr.

I run into the we already have the paint things and I then find out what they have and get deeper into the expectations. I am way more hesitant about taking a job when they think they are saving by buying the paint.
