Default Wagner 505 paint sprayer

I recently picked one of these up for nothing but it is missing it's pick up tube. Is this any decent of a machine for a home owner? I don't know if it is worth sinking any money into.

Got a pic? Is it a diagram or a piston set up? most diagram pumps are to costly to rebuild but many piston pumps can fall into that category as well. Does it work now? I know the suction tube is missing but other than that does it give the indication it is working?

I brought it home and then took it straight over to my work storage. I will go grab it today and plug it in. It is pretty caked with paint on the outside but the internals seemed to be cleaned pretty well. It came from a buddies grandfather who died who was not known to keep things that did not work but I will still pull it and test it.
