Default Using Oil base spray texture over latex

I recently used about 8 cans of Homax spray texture and have found that the oil base cans are much more reliable and consistant. I was not happy with the latex spray pattern and have sanded off much of what I did with those cans. The oil was a far superior product in my opinion.

I am not a big fan of the cans as blending is never quite right. I prefer to pull out a tex gun or hopper gun. Glad they worked out well for you though. How big was the area? Nail pop size?
