Thank you Rusty, I was a bit frustrated yesterday and was looking for the magic answer. I know their isn't going to be one.
I do realize this is the way to go but did not want to discourage a potential customer. Now that I have had time to settle, I know I'm the one who needs to make a choice. Do I suck it up and hope for the best? Do I bid a little more in case? Do I add it to my contract?
I'm going to have to think it over and do what a small business owner is supposed to do. Make the call.
