Default Floor removal machine?

I am searching for a floor removal machine and I prefer the one minimal or zero emission dust. I need to change the floor tile which we have been using for a long time. I read a blog about floor machine in http://www.healthyenvironmental.ca/b...tubborn-floor/ does any one used this machine before? Is this user friendly?

That machine wouldn’t fit in any of the bathrooms I have worked on.

Never used one like that before, you must have some large sq. footage to remove, to be needing something like that.
Looks similar to the sanding machines they use to finish basketball courts.
I you have smaller sized rooms, you can rent a tile chipper at the big box store.

A digging bar works great and works even better if you sharpen it. Besides that a chipping hammer works well and you will probably still have to do some scraping. I use an 8" scraper with the razor blades and it works great. I did tile for a few years after high school.
