Default NYC Coop Upgrade

Hiya, I'm living with the original (modified slightly) kitchen layout from a post-war cooperative development in NYC for veterans. Original owners paid $50 per room, and some are still here! The development houses a NORC (naturally occuring retirement community). It is an interesting neighborhood, and with a good school district, there have always been young families moving in.

Anyway, I'm planning on renovating that kitchen, and eventually, the bath.

I look forward to finding out about resources in the NYC area.

Hello Tom and Welcome to the Fourm:
There are some floks on here from your area and, if you need something they can't help you with, they will put you onto another website that can answer your question. There are a lot of resourceful people on here. Hang around and get to know some of us; you'll find we're OK.
